All Victoria Louise Charms pieces are made to order and customised based on your selections. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Made to Order Products

Each charm chain is individually designed and assembled by hand. As every piece is personalised, it cannot be resold, and therefore does not qualify for standard returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Orders

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selections made at checkout

• Normal wear and tear

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as production begins shortly after purchase.
