Yes, this depends on the chain length to ensure the best aesthetic and balance:

Each charm is professionally attached using specialist jewellery tools to ensure a secure, long-lasting finish. As a result, charms are fixed in place and not designed for easy at-home removal.

If you have the appropriate tools and experience, adjustments can be made with care. Alternatively, we’re always happy to assist with any refinements to your piece.

Yes — we offer a rework service if you’d like to update your charm chain.

Our chains and charms are crafted from high-quality base metals and finished with gold plating. All pieces are lead and nickel free.

We use professional jewellery tools to attach each charm securely. This ensures your design stays exactly as intended, with a more premium, long-lasting finish compared to clip-on styles.

Like all plated jewellery, exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions may affect longevity over time. We recommend keeping your charm chain dry and storing it safely when not in use.

Due to the personalised nature of our charm chains, bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.
